Day 1: Friday, February 4 ~ Fort Lauderdale, Florida ~ Depart 5:00 PM
Departing Fort Lauderdale, you set out on an adventure that takes you to seven ports. Each port offers unique shore excursions, highlighting traditions and customs native to their locale. It's your choice. Pick excursions you like to enhance your vacation, making it a more personal experience. Enjoy the wonderful experience of traveling the entire trip onboard the MS Statendam. Day 2: Saturday, February 5 ~ At Sea
By now you're already feeling a little sorry for your friends and neighbors who are back at home. Maybe next time they'll listen to you when you ask them to join you on a warm weather trip with Rupiper Tours! Go ahead, live it up! You deserve it! (B, L, D)
Day 3: Sunday, February 6 ~ At Sea
After a day of practice, you should be getting used to the "good life" onboard such a wonderful cruise-vessel. Enjoy yourself in the sun or explore the massive ship to get familiar with your new home for the next two weeks. (B, L, D)
Day 4: Monday, February 7 ~ Oranjestad, Aruba 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Colorful floating markets, wondrous coral reefs and landscapes dotted with curiously bent divi-divi trees await on this, the "A" of the Netherlands Antilles' famous ABC islands. (Bonaire and Curacao round out the trio) (B, L, D)
Day 5: Tuesday, February 8 ~ At Sea
Your friends and neighbors are home shoveling snow and freezing! You're in the warm sunny skies of the tropics enjoying five course meals each night, and best of all, you don't have to cook! (B, L, D)
Day 6: Wednesday, February 9 ~ Panama Canal 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM
This is what you have been waiting for... THE PANAMA CANAL! Although built long ago, it offers up-to-date movement through the six monstrous locks as you travel from one side of the world to the other. All passengers will be on deck for this unforgettable experience.(B, L, D)
Day 7: Thursday, February 10 ~ At Sea
Enjoy another day relaxing in the beautiful sunshine. Jog around the half mile track or work out in the gym. If you don't want to exercise, there are plenty of things to do on board. (B, L, D)
Day 8: Friday, February 11 ~ Puerto Caldera, Costa Rica 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Costa Rica has become an exciting destination vacation spot. You'll love the laid-back nature of the people. It's wild, it's beautiful, and the eco-factor is off the charts. Find steaming volcanoes, lush rain forests and nearly half of all the species on earth. High in the mountains is there modern capital. You may decide to just walk around and soak in the culture. No matter what you do, you are sure to like Costa Rica. (B, L, D)
Day 9: Saturday, February 12 ~ At Sea
After your busy day yesterday, it will be nice to sleep in and treat yourself to a day of relaxation. Forget the cold of winter - sit by the pool and read a book from the ship's library, take in a lecture, catch a movie onboard in the ships theatre or make new friends over a game of bridge. (B, L, D)
Day 10: Sunday, February 13 ~ Hautulco, Mexico 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Huatulco is located in the state of Oaxaca where the foothills of the Sierra Madre del Sur Mountains meet the Pacific Ocean, approximately 500 km south of Acapulco, Guerrero. Huatulco is divided into four main districts: Tangolunda is the area where the upscale resorts are located, Santa Cruz is a small town with the main marina and Santa Cruz beach, La Crucecita, is another small town just inland from the beach area that provides support services to the resort, and Chahue is an area between Santa Cruz and Tangolunda. The Bays of Huatulco are actually made up of a series of nine bays and numerous small coves stretching along 26 kilometers of jagged coastline, including 36 white sandy beaches. (B, L, D)
Day 11: Monday, February 14 ~ Acapulco, Mexico 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
This renowned resort city on Acapulco Bay is famous for their amazing cliff divers. For a history lesson, visit the refuge area for the Hollywood gang - Johnny Weissmuller, Cary Grant, Gregory Peck, Errol Flynn, and John Wayne. Also available is the Acapulco Historical Museum located inside the Fort of San Diego, overlooking the bay of Acapulco. (B, L, D)
Day 12: Tuesday, February 15 ~ At Sea
Breathe new life into your travel experience with a day to relax in the warm sunshine, just enjoying life. Day 13: Wednesday, February 16 ~ Cabo San Lucas, Mexico 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Today's western paradise is located on the tip of the Baja, where the blue Pacific mingles with the Sea of Cortez in a whirl of watercolors. The newest and most exciting destination vacation spot in Mexico is blessed with the perfect climate. Enjoy snorkeling or browsing through some of the quaint little shops - you'll never forget Cabo. Day 14: Thursday, February 17 ~ At Sea
With onboard entertainment, you'll think you're in Vegas! Every evening you are treated to some type of entertainment, be it a Broadway production, musical talent, comedy, trapeze show, or juggling. Whatever it is, you will enjoy the glamour, talent, and technical wizardry you'd expect of a land-based musical production. (B, L, D)
Day 15: Friday, February 18 ~ San Diego Depart 7:00 AM
Arrive in San Diego and catch your connecting flight home. (B)
